The actual error here is that prodinfo blanking is fixed in 17.0.0, and causes a fatal error now. You'll have to disable it (and rely on dns redirection or airplane mode).

This has nothing to do with cheating. You can't blank prodinfo on firmware 17.0.0. Open your exosphere.ini file in a text editor, and set blank_prodinfo to 0, or delete the file if you prefer. Done!

I have recently come across a similar error with the same error presentation screen and I solved it by deleting the faulty program from sd card. But the program code is different from yours. Maybe you can test it out by backing up your sd first?
