Hacking MW3 US EN HELP

I can't play muitiplayer at all when i try to play it wont let me. I think someone hacked me or something else.

Disk/ISO loading method and media?
Internet connection type and quality?
Error messages?

It's a lot harder to discern any sort of problem from "My computer won't start" than it is from "My computer says 'Insert boot disk and hit <ENTER>'". Same concept applies to ALL troubleshooting.

i heard you only got banned from account hopping which i never did my friends hack they still are not banned.

Disable cheats.
Makes sure you are loading the game from your region ( NTSC or PAL )
Check your router firewall.
Make sure you have all ports open for your Wii's IP.
When entering the lobby you can see you NAT type, make sure it's open.

Ok so i know why i can't someone hacked me and Nintendo banned my MAC address from playing online any fixes?
