you can always just directly link to the video.Jonkswa said:i saw some guy on youtube plug one of those wires (im still a noob) and he plug his ipod to his ds and it played the music. (im still not good at explaining)
try and search it.
interesting, but i doubt it. i already gave the reason why. lolDanTheManMS said:I know what video he's talking about. The guy in it uses a male-to-male audio cable, one end in his iPod, the other partially inserted in the DS headphone jack. For some reason, this outputs the audio through the DS speakers. It's not something I'd recommend doing anyway.
...I just tried it myself on my DS Phat. It works. Doesn't work on the DS Lite according to a few Youtube videos.kennypu said:interesting, but i doubt it. i already gave the reason why. lolDanTheManMS said:I know what video he's talking about. The port on the left of the headphone jack is for an external nintendo microphone (Headset on one ear thing) just to let you knowkennypu said:you can always just directly link to the video.Jonkswa said:i saw some guy on youtube plug one of those wires (im still a noob) and he plug his ipod to his ds and it played the music. also which wire, and which port on the ds? if you're talking about the audio/stereo out port, unless he was playing the ds music on his ipod, its impossible. he couldn't have played his ipod music on his ds, because that port is an output port not an input one. if its the other port (the charging one) its possible i think, but its most likely a fake vid.
