Has anyone confirmed whether the PS Vita will have multiple user accounts like the PS3? The main reason I'm hoping that they do is so that I won't have to constantly keep switching and activating my UK and US PSN accounts to play all my downloaded games.
I doubt it, I recommend sticking to the region where you will get the most games in your case I recommend the US PSN especially if you will keep downloading after that.

only ps5 updated to latest firmware can go on psn, jailbroken ones just don't use psn or they risk getting flagged or banned, altho spouting profanity in online play alredy does that -
