First of all, you should know all MT saves are not inside the 3DS console's SD, but the MT's MicroSD.
For 3DS/3DZ conversion, you need the MT-card itself with .3DZ ROM and the source savedata stored inside the MT's MicroSD.
For cheat system, I don't know.
