MSG.XBB Unpack Repack? Translation patches

Okay after testing I have no idea what the XBB is for, I totally deleted it from my game files and nothing happened the game runs ...
not a clue what happened

So I am not at a total loss, how do I erase this thread? I have another question to ask since this one is a bust? I can't change the title.

I'm pretty sure Kuriimu has some sort of XBB support.

Hm Doesn't look like any of the plugins will open this XBB, bummer.
