Moving tiramusu to new SD didn't work

I've been using Tiramsu fine but I want to move my tiramisu to a new bigger SD card. I tried copying the files from old SD and it booted like a blank card with no Tiramasu environment. I then got a complete set of files from P3NCES guide? and this doesn't work either

Surely if the files are there tiramisu should work. Is the install linked to the SD card someway. If I run the install procedure should this fix this?

Make sure your new SD card is formatted as FAT32
If the size is 64GB or larger, use guiformat to perform it
