Emulation Moving ROMs from SD to USB

I can afford having them on the USB but not on the SD, plus I need the SD free so I can move games there so I can install them on the Wii U.

Is it possible to move the ROMs (gamecube and gba mainly, maybe PS1 too) from the SD card to the USB with all my games?

depends. if your hd is wiiu formated you can't. but you can use injectiine and create rom injects to run directly from the wiiu menu. if it's fat32 it's just a matter of moving them there and changing paths on the homebrew you use to run them.
