Motorola W490 Phone Freezing Problems

I have a Motorola w490 phone that freezes a lot especially when i close the phone. Worse than that i keep it open and when i bend it lightly,it still gives me a freeze.


Is there anything i can do before i change a phone?

If it freezes when you bend it while it's open, it's possible the contacts between the screen and main casing are malfunctioning.
