MoonShell version 2.00 beta.12 4/29/09

No one know the history in Google and its betas? It depend on what Google project you're asking about (Earth/Chrome etc)
However looking @ http://www.filehippo.com/download_google_earth/ I see that there were 14 'Google Earth v4 BETA' & a further 7 'Google Earth v4' (which I guess were still 'BETA' even if they aren't labelled as such) giving a grand total of 21 'Google Earth V4'

However if we take 'version numbers' literally, as mentioned in this article I found
QUOTEVersion Numbers
A version number that is arranged into four sections. Each of the four sections is an integer value that can be used for a specific purpose. The version number parts are:
Major Version. The major version number.
Minor Version. The minor version number.
Build Number. The build number.
Revision. The minor revision number.

The four components are combined into a full version number using full stop or period characters (.) as delimiters. For example, version 1.2.3.4 of an application would be major version one, minor version two, build three and revision four.
Then in fact there was a massive 21851 versions of 'Google Earth v4' (3 [Minor version] x 7284 [Builds]) that could be considered 'BETA'

Seeing we've only had 12 'Moonshell 2 BETA' & it's pretty much stable - I think he's doing quite well.

Is there a English version yet?
...download and find out

It's not in English...
have you tried the included language picker program?

What language picker program? I doubt it'll change the menu screen. I still have gbatemps beta 5 for this very reason.
