Homebrew Moonshell 2 Video Problem?

When a DPG File larger than 5 minutes(That's what I'm assuming atm), the Moonshell only plays up to 5 Minutes and stops there. The vid is more than 5 minutes. Is this a problem?

Using AK2i with AKAIO.

Thats weird. The longest DPG vid I have is 2-4 hours, and I can play it fine, with the huge buffering whenever I skip parts.

Maybe its the DPG file being encoded badly.

I'm currently using Super, but it doesnt convert videos IF the file is above 20mbs (some times less)

I've always found that using the encoder that comes with Moonshell is the best one to use when troubleshooting issues with .dpgs. Otherwise (once you get the ideal settings) super is fine.

Actually, if you use the encoder with Moonshell 2 (latest dpgtools) then the videos are pretty good quality (I don't usually mess around with the settings so maybe it could be better), and it fixes the buffering problem (so you can seek really easily without the scenes mixing together). If only dpgtools came with .sub/.idx/.srt/.ssa compatibility...

I'm running BatchDPG 1.60 Unofficial and the quality is great for those videos. Some encoders (like Super I think, but I don't use it) take a long time to navigate the further in it is, but BDPG is quick to rewind/fast forward wherever you are.

Now it just needs compatibility with all FLVs out of the box

i got that problem when i was encoding with batchDPG, don't know which version. I'm now using the encoder from moonshell beta 11, you can download video's directly from youtube and it has very good encoding quality. I never had that problem again, just converted a 1.5 hour movie, and it runs fine.

imTOO DPG converter, a bit of google-ing will let you be able to get it for "free"

Its the best DPG Converter i've used, i set it to Moonshell 2, and off it goes, NEVER had issues with videos since.
