Homebrew MoonShell 2 MakeSkin.exe error

Hi!
I'm getting problems when I'm trying to compile my skin (based on Ambient windows style).
Everytime i run "makeskin_default_forGlobalLanguages.bat" i got "???-??????????-." error.
My theme is in "default" folder. Other, unmodified themes can be compiled with BAT files.
All BMP files are same size and resolution as originals.

Any solutions to make it work or to force MakeSkin.exe to make skin?

Your bitmap images are probably what's causing the problem. I find it only works to open the original image in paint (the one that compiles successfully) and paste the new image in.

Yep, photoshop doesn't seem to create bmp's properly
combine the layers and then copy and paste into mspaint.
