I am trying to play MHXX with my friend who live in Japan. I can see his game when I search his friend number but when I try to join I get 'Error Code 018-0201'.
Does this mean my account got online banned? Or because I can not join his game because I live in NZ and the distance is just too far? Or do I have to set up a Japanese VPN because we all know how much Japan loves to not let 'other' countries in to their game servers.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
