Here are the Media Create sales figures for Week #28 2018:
No Switch? Hmmm
Looks like they may just stick to the main titles, when it comes to the Switch.
is that an online only game?
Don't worry guys the switch is getting a 3ds monster hunter game because no way capcom would try to waste their money downgrading this one for a weaker console
Hmm wonder if it would be Online Like MH Frontier. I guess we will see
because Monster Hunter World sounds like an Onlinetitle
This is also available for the PC and Xbox One, by the way.
I'm guessing the main series is still on the 3DS and/or Switch?
Not sure if I like the look of this. It's definitely more realistic, but I really like the current formula in the games.
Quote taken from Siliconera article:
Welcome to the new World: Taking on the role of a hunter, players are tasked with going on a research expedition to a newly discovered continent known only as “new world” as they venture on quests to discover more about this mysterious land.
Living and breathing ecosystem: Utilize the surrounding environment and wildlife to your advantage. For example, pit monsters against one another to lure the main target creature to the right place, but be careful not to become hindered by the hazards they present.
Global simultaneous release: For the first time in the Monster Hunter series the latest title will release within the same launch window and unite hunters across the world with cross-region cooperative play options.
Online drop-in multiplayer: When the battle is too daunting to take on single-handedly, hail up to three other hunters to assist during quests by sending up a SOS flare to a worldwide server full of potential teammates.
Hunt to craft new gear: Defeat monsters and collect loot from fallen foes to craft equipment and weapons styled after the monsters that have been slain. Selecting the right loadout can help exploit enemy weaknesses to gain an advantage in battle.
Master the beasts: A variety of ferocious creatures inhabit the new world landscape including the series mainstay Rathalos and the all new Anjanath. Players can mount the monsters with the dynamic riding mechanic, allowing them to travel along the monster’s body and deliver locational damage.
Seamless gameplay: Players and monsters can move from one map area to another freely and without loading screens whilst gameplay also dynamically transitions between night and day."
I...CANT.....WAIT -Haven't really enjoyed Monster Hunter since Wii. Maybe with this new game I can get more of my friends to play along!
Man, E3 have no chill for Switch isn't it? At this point they should come out frank and said the game will come out in every platform except Switch.
It looked somewhat like a stealth game, but a boring IMHO. Not sure If will play like the MH games se know
no new weapon, huh...
SO freaking hyped for this.
Glad I have a PS4!
Glad I have a good PC.
omg i just shited myself when I read it was coming for Xbox one and pc.
Yeah awesome finaly a MH for PC that is actually in English ^^
I allways wanted to play the MMORPGs but as my Japanese is not really good I never tried it (I know there were some translations but than again you had to pay for the online service and only get a probably bad translation ...)
for me the Trailer looks awesome !
not sure if the extra realism is good or bad for the game but some stuff they showed seems to be pure awesomeness ! XD
Or maybe the Switch is just too weak for it and doesn't offer the necessary online infrastructure to support this kind of game. Just sayin'.
Monster Hunter... PC? My body... It's so fucking ready
