Gaming Monster Hunter Generation possible leak?

Hello!
I was watching on various gaming sites and some of them have been able to download the full game from the eShop, do not know if this can be taken as a leak. It is possible to get the game directly from the eShop from now through means such as tickets?

If the subject is out of place, please let me know and / or close it.

I don't think you could re-download something you haven't purchased from the eshop though right? :/

Edit: I get a 007-6106 error at 99% download

Have Cross on my System and can't on my end, ah well, mentioned it failed at 99% anyways

When does the encrypted title key even get put into the file? once its finished installing? guess its not some time during the process and could still be dumped even with a failed download.

The eshop has the game as coming to eshop after I format my system but after restoring my nand backup it says re-download but errors out at same error :|

You can try but I doubt it would be possible right now. Unless we can bypass any and all errors when downloading from eshop and games error out at 99% then we can't do anything until someone dumps the game itself :/

You can redownload it and intercept the data from your PC to download the files to PC,i did it in some PS Vita games.
Don't know if it going to work with the 3DS.
