My mom has a Samsung Galaxy S7 on Verizon recently her phone wouldn't open her gallery that issue has since been fixed. The phone was on android 6.0 and somehow it got up to 7.0 (don't ask me how I just found out this morning) The phone keeps updating "successfully" but in a matter of minutes, it says there is an update to install. Same thing over and over again. The lady from Verizon said that there was some kind of "interference" and the phone won't take the update. The only thing I know that could fix is it flashing it all together. Yes yes I know how risky that is and quite frankly is daunting to think about but ill do it if it means it will save my mom money and time. So I ask you what should I do? where do I find an image of this android version?
