I know that the ones on the front page are NOT for the IOS247 users but for the IOS249 users so i thought i would just post this from another thread for the sake of saving others the search...

Why would you want to - virtually all games work with the hooktype set as default - there are only a few that need it changing.

It's odd, but determined by the blyt animation file for the icon. Ive tried figuring out how to change the size constrains on the second image, but had no such luck. As it stands, all custom channels aside from The Homebrew Channel have to follow these image size limitations. It's quite a pain.

I'll teach you how to manipulate the images in this brlyt tonight, and tomorrow how to add more and change animations. At offset 0x27c you'll see a 4 ASCII character header called 'pic1'. this means the following data describes an image in the channel. You'll see this header in three places total, because we have three images (IconImage, the alpha image used for the fade transition, and LogoChan). These sections are all the same size in bytes.

Has anyone got any further with this? Adding extra images and creating animations etc?
