Modded switch suddenly unable to boot

I have been using my modded oled hwfly for a while, and the last time I restart the device was probable 2 months ago. Today, when I was trying to reboot the device, it did not restart, instead it flashes blue light for about 1 minute, turn white for 1 sec and blue for another minute, lastly flash yellow 3 times. I have no ideas what does it means, and hope if anyone can give me some helps, thank you in advance!

Do you mean the yellow light? It's fast flash 3 times, I would say it is short flash? Sorry, I'm not good at this

Update:
My modder says it's probably emmc faulty, he has been repair some devices with 3 yellow blinks recently. I guess it's time to repair again...
