Hello, I haven’t been able to use my Switch for about 2 weeks. At first, I had the problem where it would get stuck in a loop in Hekate but eventually it would turn on. Now I have this issue where the Switch only turns on while charging and keeps looping in Hekate, and sometimes when I try to power it on it makes a buzzing sound.

That buzzing sound probably comes from inductors converting voltage.
They can make a loud sound when they are stressed out because of a broken regulator or defective capacitor.

If you have no experience with repairs, just send it to a good repair shop.
Else start by checking capacitors around the BQ chip.
Capacitors can go bad after a few years of extensive use.

Something is somewhat failing so that might be tough to pinpoint compared to the Switch not booting at all.
The site above contains more useful information on other pages as well.
