Hardware modchip update disc

ok i was just wondering can you burn a modchip update/ config iso on to a gamecube multigame disc since they are in gamecube format

wiikey 1 doesn't work if you do that , no idea about wiikey 2 or other modchip

There is a way to update a modchip through a GC disc, but I do not know the specifics. However, if I were you, I would completely avoid updating in case you would like to start using Wiibrew. You only really need to update in case a piece of internal hardware is not working.

and how is it for utility discs? can you put these on a multi gamecube disc or do you need to use a wii multiboot disc? or is it completely impossible? i have a d2pro
