Modchip on oled or mig switch v2 ?

This sounds very good. Once we got the new switch, we will sell our mig switch and buy mod chips for our old switch . I forgot you can also get e Shop Games on cfw. I had a cfw on my 3Ds already

I know i can get always banned for using the switch. But according to what people say, you get a faster / guaranteed ban if you use it wrong like playing downloaded Roms no matter if you are connected to the internet or not.

But what if you dump one original game on 2 mig switches and play it at the same time on 2 consoles with the mig switches without using any online feature

yes you would still get banned each cart has a unique serial number if it gets detected on two switches both get banned this is why i do not like mig switch it has the potential to ruin used game sales because of this i myself only buy new my switches are both modded with chips my pokemon switch got banned because i installed something to my sysnand aka stock mode that was not legit so to another questiojn you asked about downloaded games from the internent to the mig switch do not do it unless you want your console banned it will be detected right away as having non legit software on your console resulting in insta ban which is permanent your best bet would be to get a modchip installed and setup an emmumc which is an emulated version of your switch that runs from the sd card on the sd card side youcan do what you want with out ban but there will be no access to online play local multiplayer works fine so you and your sister could play with each other on 2 switches when you want to play online you could simply boot into stock mode and play online just make sure everything you do in stock mode is legit and you will be fine do not install nsp files or xci images to stock mode this will get you banned also do not install tinfoil,goldleafor any other homebrew in cfw/stockmode as you will get banned your switch sends logs to nintendo that show what you are doing and if it detects any kind of piracy you get banned this is the reason for the emmumc because in emmumc the nintendo servers are blocked hence why online play does not work good luck and have fun
