I bought this OLED Switch pre-modded around 1 and a half year ago, it is running picofly... today I turned it off to transfer some files via hekate (using USB tools)

Then it booted into OFW instead of hekate, so I looked it online and managed to get it to boot back into hekate by pressing the back of the switch where the modchip is while booting

My question is what should I do about this? (I have no soldering skills)

And is this common?

If I fix it or get someone to fix it is this going to happen again in the future?

I don't wanna open it, because I'll probably break it

Easy to fix with some soldering skills. If the dat0 adapter is reseated, the issue could pop up again in the future, or it could last for a long time. Alternatively, you can fix it with kamikaze and that should last forever

Kamikaze is the only fix to this lose data 0 connection but it can be risky practice first on donor boards....
