Hacking missing the file hekate_ipl

Hello i found anouther thread where they said, you need the hekate_ipl file to start atmosphere, but i just don't find where I can download it.
If any1 could give me a download link i would be very thankful.

Why are you using Hekate to boot Atmosphere? Use fusee-primary instead.

But how exactly do you run it from fusee primary? You mean to inject it as a payload in RCM mode?
