Hacking Others Missing _dsmenu file

Hi, my dad got me a bootleg copy of Heartgold that I've been using as a flashcart. From my research I've been doing it's a clone of an original R4 so I've been able to replace the files I lost when my sd card had to be formated. I'm curious if any of you fine people know where I can find a replacement for this file?
