I thought I told you a while ago, it's just a shared-hosting SSH connection, so I don't have priviledges to install java.

However, that being said, I will be investing in a proper VPS soon. :3

I thought I told you a while ago, it's just a shared-hosting SSH connection, so I don't have priviledges to install java.

However, that being said, I will be investing in a proper VPS soon. :3

don't even bother installing java, Notch can't write efficiently for shit.
Instead, do what I'm doing, and run a custom server.
Myne2 is looking promising for SMP.

As far as VPS', I'd run SMP on mine, only I'd much rather host a classic.

EDIT: Myne2 is in Python 2.6 with a C backend for world generation

What is wrong with this sentence? You couldn't even destroy it, I zoned it meaning that only the creator could edit it. In almost any minecraft server you will get banned if you try to grief (destroy, build senselessly, etc) including this one.

The moon is a fail, not symmetrical and way to close to the ground. The Lighter part of the secound one goes all the way down but you can only see if you do in the hole or get really close to it.

Hey! Who destroyed my beautiful "OA" tower

It's right in front of you when you spawn. It was big, black, and had the letters O and A (because my in-game name is OversleptAgain) on the top in blue and pink with a very nice staircase next to it (thanks to gutman.) If you followed the staircase and jumped into the building, you landed in an underground tunnel where there's a forest leading to a room of mushrooms

and if you followed THAT, you were led into a dark tunnel with a neon ending.

Now, it was a lot more pathetic than I made it sound, but do you know how long that took me to build?

And I swear to god, if you guys touch my Temple/underground library hybrid, I'm going in the server and destroying EVERYTHING I SEE and quitting the game forever. Not joking

The protected area is in the octimus prime's zone (from there to the water) NOT next to spawn. And i think you need op to build there, not sure. I will take a screenshot to show you the zones.

I got the screenshot. Everything inside the water lines is op+ only. No one else can build (or break) there.

I just spent like 2 hours building a giant tree/tree house. It's in the guest area, and I'm pretty sure you'll be able to notice it pretty easily.

We have a lava problem...Well, more me than anyone else. ArghArgh (Whatever his username is on here) was firing his cannon, and it messed up and flooded a decent sized area. Unflooding activated and it went away.

I had to reload the WoM client to change my skin, and when I came back, the lava was there again...

No one else could see it but me.
