Wow, must have taken a long time.
The underwater part was pretty sick.

Nice song choice, btw.

It's called a booster cart. For some weird reason it speeds up your cart to maximux momentum/velocity, it can ride for more than 1000 blocks (yes, one thousand) using only one booster cart. Do watch out though, because when you're using lots of boosters, the cart that is boosted forward will gain so much momentum that it'll eventually stop moving. These booster carts, combined with redstone, can be used to make some impressive minecart stations.

Pretty nice coaster you got there! Love the underwater part.

Very beautiful!!

However, I am never going to sit on your roller-coaster for it has 90 degrees turn. XD

Would have liked to see it in first person. That's just me though.

Very impressive! Kinda pisses me off because I play in a "SMP" server and minecarts are fixed in "SMP" as far as I can tell and no one has made anything cool, and I'm a loaner. So I'll never make one.

in Linux you first look for software for your version of the OS, then you look for how to install this software, then you look for how to install all the dependencies, and after 4 hours of compilation and installation it turns out that one of the smallest dependencies is not supported by your version of the OS and the program cannot be installed
  • lapot2 @ lapot2:
And you get an uninstalled program and 146 GB of hard drive space filled with God knows what and where. :rofl2:

Just gotta follow. Guides in most cases and you're golden in linux

Linux is just awesome for a free open source alternative

@lapot2, yeah something that Windows is better than Linux is that you don't have to compile every single software you download

@Xdqwerty, you'll have your own system someday I didn't even know what a performance boost was when I was your age

I don't believe that is the case

@K3Nv3, well I can tell my PC can be somewhat slow

You just use the terminal to download things, I don't think you have to compile every download

    @K3Nv3,
If you just need to surf the Internet, then maybe so. But if you need to do some serious work, there are often no open or closed tools for Linux at all.
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
Yeah Linux has its own store with most apps you need
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
It's mostly github projects that require specific sh files for install
  • lapot2 @ lapot2:
and on Windows these tools are already ready, you take them and use them

    Every os has its place

yea either way Linux isn't for me lol

Linux is also good for android devs and what not for obvious reasons

so for the near future Linux will remain a parody of a normal operating system with a bunch of compatibility issues and program availability

I remember windows being near $150 whenever the smallest virus got installed and back then the average person didn't know about cracked files

and also, no one writes open source software with good intentions. All this is done either for some task of the developer in the process of his work on his questions, or is used in other paid products that are capable of providing this development.

@lapot2, I feel like you over fear open source software it's not that spiteful
