Gaming Minecraft for free on XBOX360 (Question)

this is bull tho because it transfers there licenses to your console
so when they next connect they will loose all there stuff off there console and wont be able to transfer back for 6 months

The original owner is still able to boot their copy.
Mate of mine occasionally done it and he's able to boot everything he got transferred and did transfer.

License transfers of that sort are best done if the original owners aren't going to be logging online with that account anymore. Even if they log in I don't know if it'll void their license. It does work, though; a couple forums I've gone to had large threads that were basically account trading; everyone'd buy games on a secondary account, download everything to their console to get the license, and then trade/sell the account to someone else. It's technically against the Xbox Live Terms of Service but I've never seen accounts banned over it.

It's probably similar to the pc version where the singleplayer is free to use once the client installed. What your paying for really is the ability to play in multiplayer
