Gaming Mii QR code format?

Have the 3DS's rendition of Miis been cracked at all yet? I just made a rudimentary attempt to do something with that data, but being incompetent, I naturally failed.

I attempted to make a generator as well.

Mii QR codes are version 10 QR codes with the center quad section replaced with the "Mii" text.
I am unsure if the "Mii" is required as I didn't look into it(and I don't have a 3ds).

guessing pants colour is bottom right as they always cover it up on the ads and samples

if you where at E3 you might have got Mr Miyamoto with his gold pants

Nope, the Mii text is not required, you can put anything in that space, it doesn't seem to be read at all.

Mmm i see, are these qr codes available in any place other than the japan subways? would be a good start to take a look so someone can try and decode them.

gold pants is how you know its the real deal

well Wii gold Pants miis exist aswell and people have solved how to crack the Mii's with a editor

do this

then transfer to 3DS

generate QR code

also do the other colour pants with exact Mii

then spot teh difference and BAM we can mod our QR code

with japanese text also (shows up fine even thought cant select japanese text on keyboard)

then change something slightly (like favorite the pants or eye colour, only 1 thing tho)

They got the mii through streetpass not QR code. My guess is the two work separately in gaining peoples mii's. i remember watching a video of this american guy in japan walking with his American 3ds in Japan. he gathered about 25 Japanese mii's. You can have Japanese miis through street pass but maybe not through QR code? Who knows
