Try it in another card reader. If you are using a microsd to SD adapter, try another SD Adapter. If these dont work, then maybe some file recovery/analysis tools may do the job? (testdisk etc)

Looks like the drive is already wiped of information. You need to format it. The sd card already lost all of the data on it.

I had trouble like this too , try connecting your microsd to an Android phone or similar, then hook it up via USB. If the PC recognises it, your adapter is the problem
