Nope, a 200GB card will work fine, formatted to FAT32. You'll notice that it'll take a bit longer to reach the home menu from a cold boot with a larger card, but I've never found it to be a big deal with my 128GB card.

A few official SDK applications (e.g. Dev Menu) have issues if there's >= 100 GB free space, but other than that, there shouldn't be any problems. (I'm pretty sure FBI works with >= 100 GB free space.)

Yeah. DevMenu definitely will crash with more than 100GB of free space, but it's not a big deal since FBI works fine.
