Hardware micro sd card not working on switch

i tested with ohmmeter between gnd and the points on the mobo
and the one on the blue is nothing is this normal

green =10K
orange=1.7M
pink =1.7M
red =1.7M
yellow =1.7M
blue =0
purple =1.7M
black =1.7M

or is there a way to backup the nand to pc and restore after a fix
it is stuck on rcm and cant fix if thank to the sd card not working
