Hacking Micro SD card broken?

My Acekard 2i has been freezing ramdomly is lots of games, even after I installed AKAIO 1.5. It freezes in KH 358/2 Days, Scribblenauts, rhythm heaven, bowser's inside story and others.
I wanted to know if this problem could be from the micro SD card I use, instead of the flashcard, because I can't buy another acekard where I live...
I have a 4GB SanDisk Micro SDHC card!

A few things that might be the problem..

1) Not the latest loaders
2) Contact issue (acekard not getting enough contact to the pins in the ds)
3) Slow microsdhc card. Slow transfer speed.

Maybe something else but this is what I found out at the top of my head.

And how can I know if my SDHC is slow?

Back up everything on your SD, reformat it at FAT32 and make sure your card is in tight. then it should be solved
