Gaming MH4U on 9.2 with CFW error

Is there a reason why I get an error forcing me to restart the console when I try to run MH4U in Cakes CFW on my 9.2 O3DS?

probably because of the 1.1 update, but don't quote me on that.

why not just use rxtools and update to 10.3 emunand?
