Gaming MH3 retail question?

k, since the "backup" game isnt working (yet), will the actual store bought game work on a 3.2 system menu wii?

Well you would have to block the disc update but yeah it will work..

The backup is working and no, not directly. You need to block the update or use Gecko OS. And you need to install IOS55 for the game, 3.2 does not include IOS55.

Something bugged me when I received my free MH3 demo.

Since it was not a backup I just popped it right into my Wii and used the disc channel.

However I had gotten an Error#002... why did this happen?

Did it prevent an update or something?
In the end I loaded it through NeoGamma so I could play it, but this still puzzles me.

You get 002 error if the game thinks it is using the wrong IOS or if the IOS version is lower than expected. Try updating IOS55.
