Alright, so I was playing Peace Walker and I found an easter egg hidden in one of the cutscenes.

That was one of the best cutscenes in the game. Not only do you acquire HIDEO KOJIMA, but there's also a few cool references ("Metal....gear..."). Cookie to whoever explains them all.

140.96 is Mei Ling.
777 is just poker chips. Not sure if what he says is related to anything...
57577 is just fish from what it seems. Note the Shina Gawa. Don't know what the means.
48273 is the literal Metal Gear.
63824 is Kojima. Awesome.
00000 is Master Otenko, from Boktai. He also shouts SUN LIIIIIIIGHT!!!, the translation of Taiyoh!
64779 is the nukes, which also ends the cutscene.
