Hacking MGS Portable OPS+ EU Exploit

VHBL was just released for MGS PO+ in EU. http://hackinformer.com/2016/01/22/...ar-solid-portable-ops-eu-should-work-on-3-57/

Can this exploit by used to run TNV or ARK in the future or am I out of luck if I want to run PSP games on my 3.55 EU vita?

Tested this on 3.55 EU and the exploit triggers, then goes to a red screen and freezes, then error (C1-2858-3) comes up. Any idea how to fix this?

I hate that error. It was the bane of my time spent hacking the Vita, I swear. Saw it dozens of times.
