Everytime I play the game, it crashes after I shoot a door. Sometimes it'll work only to crash on the second door I try to open. I'm using D2Xv2.1 and USBloader GX rev1100 so any help would be appreciated.

Using d2x v6 cIOS249 base 56 and cfg usb loader works for me. Also, IOS reload blocking works so you don't need to use de alternative dol method.
Run modmii and update your cIOS 249 and use latest loaders. If that doesn't work, maybe you got a bad dump.
