So I just installed retroarch on my linux machine and I managed to accidentally set the menu driver to "null" and now when I open the application I just get a black window. I tried removing the package with
"sudo apt remove retroarch"
and reinstalling it with
"sudo apt install retroach"
and it appears that this did not remove the configuration files as the issue still persists and I cant seem to find a location online or a fix for the issue im having
