Hacking messed something up

I was wondering if messing with the cios can cause bug to a point where virtual console game stop working ?? if so then is there a way to fix this. I had another thread but this is a different problem then my usb loading bug.

How are you loading them?

If it is through the system menu than it shouldn't, virtual console games use the official nintendo ios's that are on your wii by default, the cios dont effect them AFAIK. if you want to fix a messed up cios though than just run the cios installer again and overwrite the old one.

Are all your VC games not working or just some of them?

Example Kid Icarus runs 5 seconds then black screen and dvd eject sound. Megaman 10 black screen and after 2 minutes error asking to eject and restart the wii. Can my nand be corrupted ? I tried reinstalling kid icarus but that didnt fix it.
