Crap. You will need anpther entry point then so you can reinstall menuhax. Sorry. Do you have any exploitable games?
Another 3DS + basehaxx for AS?
My brother has a Homebrewed 3DS and I have a copy of Alpha Sapphire.

Mmh, what about manually suppress the config file ( if there is one ? ) it might work
When you say this, you mean installing menuhax via computer and not the Homebrew menu, correct? Excuse me if no.

Use pokemon AS and install basehax. Don't update though. Basehax doesnt work on 11.1. Once in hbl using basehax, reinstall menuhax.

How do I install basehax? Don't I need a way into Homebrew to install it, or is there another way to do it? (Or can I use my brother's 3ds to install it and use the cart on my 3ds?)

Yes, use your brother's 3ds to do it and make sure you select YOUR system version when installing the hax. Make sure to back up your save file on the game before doing this.

Done and done. I'm testing it on his 3ds to make sure it works before I use it on mine. I'll get back to you once I get it.

Fixed the problem, I installed menuhax, and I have a backup save for basehaxx. Thanks to everyone who helped and tried to help!
