I used to be able to access my SNES and GBA emulators from the main scrolling menu but then I made the mistake of installing MAME which somehow booted those icons and even after uninstalling MAME, now I have a bunch of question mark icons in place of everything else. I even tried removing EVERYTHING other than the main operating system and the GBA emulator and still nothing. Any ideas? I installed everything on a PC and its a DSTwo Plus Super Card.

If you haven't already, my suggestion would be to...

Backup the content on your SD card.

Format the SD card with this tool, unticking "Quick format":
https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter/

Download a fresh copy of the latest DSTWO kernel from the official Supercard site:
http://eng.supercard.sc/manual/dstwo/download.htm

Install only the kernel to the SD card and then test it in the DS to see if it appears fixed.

Then start adding your content and retest.

Okay so I'm an idiot, apparently the "_dstwoplug" folder got deleted at some point and after replacing it, everything works fine now. Thanks for the help either way though. :D
