Gaming megaman starforce 3 noise cards cheat

so yeah i use cheats to get purpose noise cards and the SSS
but lately i downloaded a jp sav for my sister on red joker and put it on a us rom and the dude had 5 joker noise cards together.
i wish to do the same because if i don't my sister can easily defeat me with her power ups.
is there any code to do that on a jp or a u srom because i can't seem to find any.

i don't cheat online, besides the noise cards are removed from online and the online is desert too!
and when i cheat for the purpose, mss and noise cards it's because crapcom blocked that content in the us version
