Hardware Megaman 3DS XL Project

Hey guys I am designing my 3DS XL to be megaman styled.

You're design looks good, I like the left one more.
Good look with sanding and repainting, that could get a bit tricky. Nintendo themselves found the special resin the used for the 3DS XL is hard to paint because it contains 55% glass fiber. At least they said it in an Iwata asks for the XL. The one were they also showed the nice looking prototype with clear plastic.

Did you uh, paint over the front cameras? I'm looking at it, and I can't tell if that's tape or paint.

I did not paint over the front cameras. That is tape, however the rest is paint. It looks like that because there is no clear coat on it as of yet.

New pics today. I've decided to make the first design the front and the second one the back. I've also decided to leave the back light blue along with the design.
