Hardware Mega-help! With save files

Hello everyone!
I have a problem as I want to convert my Paper mario save file which is a NTSC to a Pal? Is that possible?

If not, could I play NTSC games on my Pal wii? Will my save data be accessible and will it brick my wii playing NTSC games on it?

Also, how would you go abouts transferring gamecube save files from dolphin to the wii? It's virtually impossible because a memory card doesn't fit into my pc

im not to familiar about this stuff btw

Save data is region specific. through video paths, iirc, anyone region can be played.
i cant help with trying to move data from your mem card to ur pc
