Just got one of these, works great.
Except, the rear USB isn't detecting or powering the dongle.
Anyone else experienced this issue? I would like to use that port to hide the dongle.

hmm, it works for me? but i've noticed using the rear port blocks the signal of the dongle abit and desyncs if your more than a couple metres away. So you're better off using the side usb anyway ;)

Thanks for the reply :) Do you know what firmware you have on the dongle? and the switch?

I'm on 6.2.0 on Switch and iirc one firmware before the latest on the dongle (i'm lazy) :P
I'm on the same dongle firmware, not much to be done then. Latest NS firmware. I also can't get it to connect to my PC USB3, maybe I got a weird one.

Thanks, you saved me the trouble of downgrading and testing a bunch of different firmwares.

You could try updating the dongle firmware to see if it fixes it? No probs :)

EDIT: just re-read, you cant connect to pc usb3 :P

Oh. I'm having more issues, surprise surprise.

My options and share buttons are lagging, so I have to hold them down for a fraction of a second for them to register, clicking will only work some of the time.
Anyone else had this issue? Good to know if I decide to complain to the eBay seller later on.

Probably not a issue for most games, but I'm playing BoTW right now...

(tested newest firmware, other controllers, wired and wireless)

Mine is already 2 years old and still working fine. Is your set to Switch mode with rumble where the color of LED is purple?
Yep. It's weird because it's only those two buttons that are a bit slow.

Tested it on PC as well, the - and + buttons are slow on it as well.

Edit. Bought a Pro controller. Got a refund on the Mayflash. Guess I'll wait to rev 1.3 until I try purchasing another.

So, I recently got several Magic-NS adapters for my Switch and I've been experiencing some issues with them when using XB1/PS4 controllers. The input lag has been awful and my controllers frequently disconnect. Can anyone tell me why this is happening? Thanks in advance!

I have one of these adapters and never experienced and noticeable input lag.. I did get a few disconnects tho in the begging, my issue was I was plugging the adapter in the usb port in the dock. Your better off plugging into one of the side usb ports on the dock instead. Try to have a clear path from the Adapter to the Controller your using too, don't have anything blocking line of sight.

Okay, I'll try that! If it doesn't work, do you know what Mayflash's return policy is? Could I get a refund?

A new update has been released :)
You grab the update from HERE
V1.28: Supports Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2

What's Changed?

V1.28

1.Supports Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2
Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 Start Up
① Turn on your Nintendo Switch, PS3, NEOGEO mini, or PS Classic system, and connect the system to your TV.
② Connect the Magic NS into any spare USB port on your system.
③ To switch the modes, press and hold the button on the side of the adapter for 3-5 seconds. The LED indicator blinks slowly.
④ Turn on your Xbox Elite 2 controller
⑤ To sync your Xbox Elite 2 controller and the adapter, press the Button on the side of the adapter, and then press the SYNC button on your controller. The LED indicator blinks quickly.
⑥ The adapter and your controller has been connected if the LED indicator lights up. And your controller is now ready to use.
Special Remarks:
- It may take a longer time to connect your Xbox Elite 2 and Magic NS adapter. And the connection may be disconnected shortly (The lights on the controller and the adapter flash) and then connect again during the Bluetooth pairing process. Please wait patiently until the LED indicators on the controller and the adapter stop flashing.
- If you want to disconnect the controller and the adapter, please press and hold the HOME button on your controller to shut off the power.
- If the Bluetooth connection failed, you can repeat the above steps to try again. Please make sure you pull out the adapter and plug it to the system again, and restart your controller before a new connection.

2.Adjust the Dead Zone
① Press and hold the two buttons START and D-Pad Left (For the left stick) or D-Pad Right (For the right stick). The LED indicator on the adapter flash.
② To increase or decrease the dead zone, press the D-Pad “Up” or “Down”.
③ As soon as you get the right dead zone value, you may release the button “START” to quit the Dead Zone Adjusting.
④ There are 7 levels of the Dead Zone Value.
Dead Zone Level 1: 0%
Dead Zone Level 2: 2.5%
Dead Zone Level 3: 5%
Dead Zone Level 4: 7.5%
Dead Zone Level 5: 10%
Dead Zone Level 6: 12.5%
Dead Zone Level 7: 15%
The default one is the Level 3.
You can know the Dead Zone Level by the times of the LED indicator flashing on the adapter during the adjusting process. For example, the LED indicator flashes 3 times then stop flashing when the Dead Zone Level is Level 3.
3.Compatible with ASTRO Gaming C40 TR Controller PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 4 SCUF Vantage 2 controller by a USB cable (Wired connection).
4.Add the analog input to the Joy-Cons.
5.Supports SEGA MEGA DRIVE and SEGA Genesis Mini entertainment system. The LED indicator is White.
6.Supports the USB Control Pads of SEGA MEGA DRIVE and SEGA Genesis Mini

The Wii U Pro Controller doesn't have any motion sensing capabilities. You can however use the gyro functionalities of a Dualshock 4 controller, if you have one of those.

Hi guys, I'm new. Just got the NS but the Support/Download page domain is in down. Think they didn't pay the check :P
Do you have one of the older firmware to test it? Unfortunately my NS led work when connected on a laptop but not with my switch.
Thx in advance :)
