Can i Buy the Game Here and Change the Language to German???

Yes, you can get a Dutch copy of the game. If your Switch's system language is German, then the game will automatically switch to German. The only problem you may encounter, is that the case of the game itself is in Dutch. The whole game will be in German though.

The same goes for Nintendo 3DS games, if you buy a Dutch copy, it can be played in any European language.
