Do you think Nintendo will annouce a new Mario Maker for Switch this E3?
Or eventually taking mario maker from the wii u to the switch?

I don't know about this E3, but I'd be extremely surprised if Mario Maker doesn't make it onto the Switch sooner or later.

In my opinion it's just waste of time to develop a third version of Mario Maker. I had Mario Maker on the Wii U and it's pretty good but why should they do a port instead of a new Mario Bros? (I know there wont be a new Mario Bros, Just like I thought by Donkey Kong)
Twilight Princess and OoT were both on 3 different consoles and I dont think they'll do it again with a game (maybe later but not now)

they could be sweet devs and make an enterely new super mario game and add mario maker to it as an addon so you would get a new game and game maker in one really.

i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt.

Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore.

Free release can have loopholes where they still make money through ads
