Hacking Mario Kart wii System files corrupted

Aye, Am trying to burn a backup of MK:wii and whenever i put the disk inside the wii it tells me to Ejectt he disk and when i put the disk in it says system files are corrupted.
however when i take the disk out the wii is fine
Chip : D2pro9
Media: Verbatim DVD-R
Write Speed: 6x and 4x (second attempt)

Any ideas???

your system is a Jap convert to US or EU?
you are on firmware 3.3?

Last time i tried a trucha on a Jap to US set with 3.3, they also display that msg, instead of the one on real US. not sure is it the same with your case

I have a PAL Console, the ISO Is also PAL

if you have FW 3.3, load through Gecko OS.
