Gaming Mario Kart Wii on 3DS

According to this video, Nintendo ported MKW to the 3DS before 3DS launch for testing the 3D. Does anyone know if the build ever leaked out? (Skip to 4:30)

Of course not. I'm sure plenty of testing projects like that exist and were never leaked. I guarantee either way it wouldn't be polished like a published game is anyways.

Well, if it's just an engine port, it could be just as polished as the wii version. (Though probably glitchy)

No, it's not, but it will be, when a mod finds this thread.
The build isn't leaked and never will be. And a remake would have to involve a lot of experienced modelers and programmers.
