I personally don't know if it works with either the official or latest development builds, but you'll need to download the triforce branch one from here.
Once downloaded... open the configuration settings in Dolphin, select the Gamecube tab and change SP1 & Port 1 to AM-Baseboard and Port 2 to Standard Controller.
